Responsibilities

• -Manage warehouse dispatching and operational resource allocation
• -Plan and optimize warehouse workflows to improve efficiency
• -Monitor KPIs and analyze operational issues
• -Coordinate inbound, internal logistics, outbound, returns, and value-added services
• -Ensure smooth overall warehouse operations
• -Collaborate closely with Team Leaders (P2) and cross-functional departments
• -Develop contingency and emergency plans
• -Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements

Requirements

• -High school diploma; logistics background preferred
• -Minimum 1 year of operational warehouse control experience
• -In-depth expertise in at least one functional area (inbound, outbound, returns, etc.)
• -Ability to independently manage one operational segment
• -Proficiency in TOM system and MS Office
• -Basic knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and legal compliance
• -Strong coordination and communication skills
• -German or English working proficiency
