Quantitative Trader

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and implement high-frequency trading strategies for digital asset markets.
• Develop statistical models and algorithms to identify patterns and opportunities in market data.
• Collaborate with engineers to design efficient, low-latency trading systems.
• Monitor and manage trading systems, identifying and addressing issues in real time.
• Analyze trading performance and market dynamics to expand and refine strategies.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in both high level (Python) and low level (Rust/C++) languages.
• Deep understanding of probability, statistics, and time-series analysis.
• Proven experience working with large datasets and applying quantitative models.
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading concepts (market microstructure, liquidity, slippage).
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques or advanced optimization methods.
• Not a requirement, but a plus:
• Prior experience in algorithmic or high-frequency trading.
• Understanding of crypto markets and decentralized finance.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux systems.
