Guest Service Ambassador (Pacific Club)

As a Guest Service Ambassador for our Pacific Club lounge , you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, all while maintaining our high standards of guest satisfaction. Our Expectations: Assist in setting up and maintaining the Pacific Club during breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail hours. Ensure that all foods and drinks are properly served while upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards. Support in maintaining Pacific Club's cleanliness and organization. Report any issues with lounge fixtures or equipment and follow up as necessary. Help manage the requisition and stocking of F&B, administrative, and operating equipment/fixtures. Handle guest feedback and requests with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Maintain awareness of daily VIP and lobby movements. Support guest check-ins and check-outs by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, issuing room keys, and processing payments. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness for check-ins. Assist with designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Support the Club Manager and team members as required.
