- Qualifications & Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR policies, and MOM regulations.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Familiar with compensation & benefits practices and HR systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, IHRP) will be an added advantage.
