Project Executive

Responsibilities

• Contract administration;
• Ensure design quality and authority compliance;
• Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposal;
• Prepare tender documentation, schedule and material specification;
• Liaise and discuss project-relevant issue with client and coordinate with consultant and contractor;
• Oversee progress of site work and resolve any arising issue;
• Develop idea, keeping in mind of client need, building usage and environmental impact;
• Identify client need and put together feasibility report and design proposal;
• Make on site visit to check on project status, report on project.

Requirements

• A recognized degree; Masters or Bachelor in Architecture or Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience in a dynamic and challenging environment;
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
