Responsibilities
- Use the State of Nebraska's Payroll and Financial Center (PFC) to enter and receive purchase orders, generate contracts, track expiration and renewal dates, and aid Contracts Officers and Procurement Specialists.
- Maintain procurement files, including contract maintenance, contract lists, certificates of insurance and track contract renewals.
- Enter and troubleshoot regularly scheduled maintenance and service purchase orders on behalf of all NDCS facilities.

- Help resolve procurement issues with internal and external customers.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of documents for Request for Information, Request for Proposal, and Invitations to Bid.
- Assist Contracts Officers and Procurement Specialists coordinate facility visits with contractors and appropriate internal customers.
- Act as training coordinator; including lead trainer for Office Specialists.
- Place and track internal purchase orders from contracted suppliers as assigned.
- Provide support to team members as needed.
- Provide regular and reliable attendance.
