Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in business development, corporate strategy, project development, or commercial management Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, engineering, construction, industrial technology, or advanced manufacturing sectors is preferred Proven track record in securing large-scale projects and developing strategic partnerships Experience managing regional business development activities across Asia-Pacific markets is advantageous Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities Ability to analyze market opportunities and formulate growth strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders
