Loans Operations Tester (Bank) (JT)

About the role

Operational Testing & Validation 1. Validate test results from automation and AI, ensuring data integrity. 2. Actively participate in UAT, collaborate with various teams (Operations, Business, Technology). 3. Develop comprehensive test cases, conduct functional testing, and manage defects using tools like JIRA Assistant. 4. Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize testing processes and increase efficiency. 5. Support testing activities for the Mortgage Agentic AI project. Operational Processing (BAU Focus) 1. Execute pre-disbursement and pre-processing activities for Auto loans, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing. 2. Ensure full documentation and pre-disbursement compliance for secured, non-mortgage, and mortgage loans, ensuring adherence to credit quality standards, turnaround times and regulatory standards. 3. Administer Letters of Offer, verify credit file accuracy, monitor special conditions and manage safekeeping of title deeds. Qualifications & Skills: 1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 3. Prior experience in banking operations, especially secured loans or loan administration, is advantageous. 4. Good understanding of testing methodologies (test automation, parallel runs, UAT) and beneficial experience in financial data reconciliation and validation. 5. Ability to quickly learn and efficiently operate banking systems. 6. Competency in maintaining accurate daily, weekly, and monthly records and reports. Behavioural Attributes & Teamwork: 1.
