Responsibilities
- Application Ownership & IT Delivery
- Act as IT application owner and primary SME for assigned R&D applications.

- Monitor application usage, adoption, and licensing metrics.
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and technical debt.
- Improve consistency, efficiency, and user experience across platforms
- Required Experience & Skills
- Experience administering enterprise R&D or engineering applications in a global IT environment.
- Hands‑on administration of platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, and selected AI‑enabled tools used in R&D environments.
- Experience administering enterprise collaboration and R&D application platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, OnePlan)
- Strong understanding of access management and security principles.
- Experience supporting applications across their full lifecycle.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Clear, structured communication skills.
