Monthly Salary: UP to $3800 (Negotiable) Working Address: Lentor or Junction 10 Working hours: 5 days work week, including weekends (9am to 6pm) Compulsory to work on both weekends. Responsibilities and Duties: Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents Align with our client's vision and recommend suitable programs for students Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events for customer engagement Maintain customer relationships and act as parents' advocate and manage relationships with them Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharing Sessions, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system Relationship manager for our client's community - track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents Qualification and Requirements: Strong communication and problem solving skills Strong spoken and written English communication skills to liaise with parents and internal teams Driven, fast learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage different projects at once Self-motivated and self-driven Meticulous and independent, able to set own priorities with time management to complete projects timely
