About the role
Attend to customers' enquiries and complaints. Generate quotation, sales order, invoice, delivery order for customers. Assist Sales Executive / Manager in sales administrative day to day activities. Ensure products are shipped on time (liaise with operations manager & logistic team). Involve in cycle count and yearly stock take. Liaise with store colleagues closely and need go to store often for follow up job. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior. At least GCE 'O' Level or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Pleasant personalities and customer services oriented. Other Information 5 days week (Mon - Fri). Annual Leave (14 days, up to 21 days).
