Requirements

• Higher Secondary, Pre-U, A-Level, Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in freight forwarding, preferably covering air and ocean freight.
• Proven track record in hunting, generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding / Air & Ocean) Location: Near Rochor MRT Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary: Up to $6,000 basic + AWS + Commission + Transport allowance/reimbursement + Mobile Allowance + 14 days Annual leave + Medical + Flexi benefits Duration : Permanent Industry: Freight Forwarding Main Responsibilities Source and develop new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking and existing industry contacts. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Develop strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Provide responsive customer service and follow up promptly on client requirements. Meet and exceed individual sales targets. Work closely with the Head of Sales on business development strategies. Maintain regular CRM updates and submit sales reports as required.
