Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a QA role
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python for test automation and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in a commerce media or digital marketing agency is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach towards enhancing efficiency by identifying and optimizing repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a systems-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Role Summary and Impact As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) , you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Data QA Analyst working for the following General shift , based out of Gurgaon who will: Design, write, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts using Python and other automation tools. Perform data validation between platforms like Datorama/Power BI and source data. Utilize SQL and Excel for data analysis, validation, and testing strategies. Ensure adherence to QA processes and standards while identifying areas for improvement. Monitor and report on key quality metrics and KPIs. Provide mentorship to junior QA team members and assist in resolving complex issues. Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
