About the role

The Project Manager leads the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects for public, private, and special-purpose utility district clients. This role manages multidisciplinary teams, oversees project execution, and cultivates strong client and community relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor project teams in the preparation of engineering designs, reports, calculations, permitting documents, and presentations.

  • Develop responses to RFQs, solicitations, and bond applications for utility district and public sector clients.

  • Contribute to company-wide design standards, QA/QC processes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing water and wastewater projects from conception through completion.
  • Strong knowledge of design and construction practices for waterlines, storage tanks, pump stations, wastewater lines, lift stations, and force mains.
  • Working knowledge of design and construction for water and wastewater systems, including treatment facilities.
  • Proven leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and sustain client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with overtime as needed.
