About the role

As a Brand & Partnership Marketing Intern, you will assist in managing brand performance, marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships across Minor Hotels. This role provides valuable experience in brand marketing, content creation, and partnership coordination. Support the management of the partnership program: Coordinate with partners and organize meetings. Coordinate with hotel teams and corporate teams to create or extend promotions. Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes and partnership performance. Assist in preparing customized reports to support management decisions. Work with operations to ensure smooth execution at the hotel level. Learning Opportunities: Gain exposure to global hotel operations, loyalty program strategy, and partnership management. Be part of a corporate team planning operational strategies and managing cross-functional communications. Learn hotel systems and tools such as OPERA, GHA CMS, Sitecore, MH Flow ticketing, and other brand platforms. Develop key skills in problem-solving, data analysis, communication, and project management. Practice public speaking through bilingual presentations and team interactions. Assist in managing projects and tracking performance results. Explore other commercial areas based on your interests, including eCommerce, social media, and marketing. A minimum of 3 months internship is required and can last up to 6 months (preferably 6 months) for academic internship credit. Welcome new graduates, junior or senior in university whose major are in Business, Project Management or Hotel Management related field. Be self-motivated, multi-tasking, a strong team player and enable to work under pressure. Previous experience in operational excellence in hotel industry, customer relations, training, process documentation and analytical work would be beneficial. Good communications Strong command of spoken and written English and Thai with computer literacy in Excel, Power Point, Power BI.
