Operational activities The activities of the FACTORING team member are various and may include: Processing the different types of requests received from the clients per E-mail or directly in our Ticketing Tool; Maintaining the Master data of the debtors/clients (bank accounts changes, creation of new contracts, inactivation of clients/ contracts, insolvency, first disbursements etc.); Permanent support for the local departments regarding the limits (daily checks on new limits, limit checks for new clients, synchronizations, SIRON & No Match process, etc.); Regular meetings with the local teams (served countries) to present the volumes, special cases and overall performance; Participates in the creation / update of FACTORING Standard Operating Procedures used by the SSC operational teams; Participates in trainings and transition processes when required; Offers continuous support and back-up to team members for processes and tools utilized; Any other activities required by the business need of the country served. Process and Control Identify and implement process changes that generate workflow efficiencies and productivity gains Ensure that all required information is captured in group or local tools as appropriate Risk and compliance Adhere to compliance standards set by Coface and external regulators Adhere to and comply with IT security policies at all times Career perspective Potential career opportunities within the company
