Job Category: Academic Staff Employment Type: Regular Job Profile: Clinical Assistant Professor Job Summary: The Department of Psychiatry is excited to announce an opening on our expanding team of psychiatrists in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Division. In this dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to provide psychiatric care to a variety of pediatric patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as some adult outpatient coverage. Additionally, you will have the chance to take part in the educational objectives of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, School of Medicine and Public Health by supervising and building a mentor/mentee relationship with a variety of learners, including residents and fellows. Additional information: This position is full or part-time, 50%-100% This position requires work to be completed onsite, at a designated campus work location. This position has been identified as a position of trust with access to vulnerable populations. The selected candidate will be required to pass an initial caregiver check to be eligible for employment under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and every four years. Applicants for this position will be considered for the following titles: Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, Clinical Professor.
