Experience assisting in the development of procedures and systems for assessing the effectiveness of programs and management processes for the grant administrative processes. 2. Experience performing with assistance the functions in support of meeting the needs of Grants Management System (G5) users, such as the gathering requests from internal reports; providing UEI updates and reassignments; and participating in the payment process for reimbursements or refunds requests during the pre-award and post-award processes. 3. Experience aiding in performing the grants administration activities such as (budgetary and internal reviews, grant awards, performance reports, monitoring expenditures, corrective actions, grant close-outs, reinstatements, non-continuations). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs). Knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, and policies related to grant administration program/operations area to consider their impact on programs. 4. Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for measuring effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of the grant administrative process. Experience performing the grants administration activities identified as a part of your regular job responsibilities (budgetary and internal reviews, grant awards, performance reports, monitoring expenditures, corrective actions, grant closeouts, reinstatements, non-continuations, general familiarity with Federal Government's System for Award Management (SAM.gov)).
