About the role
As the Director of our Strategic Accounts team you will lead, develop, and coach a cross-functional team of Relationship Managers and Customer Success Managers responsible for growth and retention within our strategic (enterprise level) customer base in North America. - Deal Management & Forecasting
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecasting rigor
- Drive late-stage deal strategy and risk mitigation
- Ensure disciplined execution toward revenue targets
- Strategic Customer Engagement
- Engage executive sponsors with clear business objectives
- Support top accounts with proactive expansion and renewal strategies
- Lead EBR/QBR sessions where strategic alignment is required
- Team & Operational Leadership
- Own hiring, onboarding, and succession planning
- Set and uphold performance standards
- Align closely with Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional partners
- Build a culture of accountability and performance excellence
- Self-Leadership & Reflection
- Conduct structured win/loss reviews
- Identify patterns and improvement areas
- Maintain strong feedback loops and continuous development
