Client Success Manager, Labor & Multi Employer Funds

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of labor funds, unions, and multi-employer health plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders.
• Lead business reviews focused on engagement, outcomes, ROI, and long-term value.
• Build relationships with fund administrators, consultants, trustees, and labor leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally to solve customer challenges and drive successful outcomes.
• Identify retention risks, growth opportunities, and strategies to strengthen partnerships.
• 90 Day Plan
• Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:
• Develop a strong understanding of Virta's products, services, and customer success strategy.
• Build relationships with key internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Learn the unique dynamics of labor organizations and multi-employer funds.
• Participate in customer meetings, trustee discussions, and business reviews.
• Begin independently managing your assigned portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Healthcare, Benefits, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while navigating complex customer environments.
• Experience presenting outcomes, ROI, and strategic recommendations to leadership audiences.
• Demonstrates a proactive use of AI tools to improve individual output and efficiency.

In this role, you will serve as the strategic relationship manager for a portfolio of state, local government, education, and public-sector customers. You will partner with customer stakeholders to drive adoption, engagement, and measurable outcomes while navigating the unique complexities of public-sector organizations, including multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and budget cycles.
