- Client Trust & Growth Portfolio: Act as an authoritative strategic peer to client VPs and Product Marketing Directors (PMMs). Elevate the agency's relationship from a traditional execution utility to a trusted growth partner that proactively unlocks new digital marketing scopes.

- Senior Agency Leadership: 12+ years of experience leading cross-functional creative teams within top-tier digital agencies or tech-native brand organizations, with a proven track record managing large-scale global accounts.
- Performance Marketing & CRM Mastery: Deep expertise in the architecture of high-volume digital advertising, lifecycle email infrastructure, data-driven CRM systems, and UX/UI performance metrics.
- Technical Literacy & "Maker" Mindset: A forward-thinking leader who understands the mechanics of how work is made and has a proven interest in using AI suites, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and automated toolkits to accelerate output.
