Responsibilities
- To serve as a Business Analyst to drive the initiatives with regards to Transaction Banking Projects (Cash and Trade)
- Act as a Business Analyst, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment of requirements and solutions.
- Serve in a PMO consultant capacity, managing overall project timelines and ensuring adherence to delivery standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical and functional specification documentation, including traceability matrices, test case design, and execution.
- Support the promotion and growth of transaction banking business initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect tracking and resolution.
- Draft operational procedures to support new systems and processes.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption.
- Apply creative and critical thinking skills to identify innovative solutions that address evolving business challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project PMO and/or Business Analyst roles.
- Proven experience in developing technical and functional specification documentation, including traceability matrices, test case design, and execution.
- Background in banking, with direct experience working in or supporting transaction banking business.
- Successful track record in completing system rollouts within banking environments.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Experience drafting operational procedures to support new systems and processes.
- Ability to conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure adoption and knowledge transfer.
- Creative and critical thinking skills to identify innovative solutions that address evolving business challenges.
