Responsibilities

  • Support performance management and awards activities, including preparing communications materials, coordinating inputs, and handling logistics for meetings and announcements
  • Assist with talent management processes such as preparing posting memos, coordinating training and travel matters, and supporting engagement events
  • Administer board appointment processes, including document preparation, record management, and coordination of approval submissions
  • Maintain HR records, databases, and intranet content to ensure information is accurate and up to date

  • Key Requirements:
  • Minimum a Diploma holder; background in HR, Business, or related fields is preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
