Aircon Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead AC technicians at site.
• Coordinate daily ACMV installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance works.
• Check workmanship for FCU, AHU, split unit, VRV/VRF, copper pipe, drain pipe, ducting, insulation, and electrical control wiring.
• Troubleshoot AC faults such as water leaking, poor cooling, noisy unit, compressor fault, fan motor fault, drain choke, and refrigerant leak.
• Ensure works follow drawings, site requirements, safety rules, and company standards.
• Update daily progress, manpower, materials, defects, and site issues to management.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover works.
• Job Skills
• Able to supervise technicians and coordinate site works in a team
• environment with individuals of diverse background
• Hands-on knowledge in AC installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Able to read basic ACMV drawings and follow site instructions & able to communicate in English
• Good team worker with service oriented mindset;
• Responsible, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• Safety certificates and Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years ACMV / HVAC experience.
