Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy & Business Development
  • 1a) Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the Singapore market and regional export channel

  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive commercial experience in consumer goods trading or related industries
  • Proven track record of driving double-digit revenue growth and managing large P&Ls (>SGD 20 million)
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore retail landscape (both modern and general trade) and regional export markets (Southeast Asia)
  • Strong network with major retailers, wholesalers, and industry stakeholders

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English required; Mandarin or other regional languages highly valued
