Responsibilities

- Qualifications & Experience
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive commercial experience in consumer goods trading or related industries
- Proven track record of driving double-digit revenue growth and managing large P&Ls (>SGD 20 million)
- Deep understanding of the Singapore retail landscape (both modern and general trade) and regional export markets (Southeast Asia)
- Strong network with major retailers, wholesalers, and industry stakeholders

- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English required; Mandarin or other regional languages highly valued
