Please login to our site - https://www.veralto.com/ WATER QUALITY PLATFORM Water Quality ('WQ") Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including Hach , Trojan Technologies , McCrometer and ChemTreat . WQ Asia has sales offices in India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Philippines. What You'll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities) Data Evaluation and Certificate of Calibration (COC) Generation: Evaluate the quality of data received from Field Service Engineers, including Measurement Uncertainties (MU), controlled parameters, and customer information. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data before generating COCs according to ISO17025:2017 standards. Timely issuance of COCs to customers to facilitate prompt payment. Certified Reference Material (CRM) Management: Maintain and manage CRM, ensuring standards are fit for use and replaced before expiry. Handle calibration of Reference Material (RM) and calculate Uncertainty Values. Master Instrument Management: Maintain and manage the Master Instrument for verification and calibration of other equipment. Audit Preparation and Documentation: Assist in the preparation and proper documentation for annual audits by certification bodies (SAMM). Ensure all documents are filed systematically, updated, and controlled. Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) Management: Assist the Service Leader in managing NPS by sending reminders and contacting customers to improve response rates. Contact customers when detractors or passive ratings are received, validate data provided by Qualtrics, and provide inputs for improvements based on Voice of Customer (VoC). What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications) Degree or diploma in Chemical Experience with ISO9001 / ISO17025 or any ISO standard Experience with calibration of water quality instrument
