The Role & the Team To support the growth of our Health & Pharma Solutions (HPS) Business Unit, we are looking for our next Lead Technical Customer Solutions - Biopharma (M/F) on a permanent contract . Ideally based in Germany, this role involves 30-50% travel across Northern Europe to maintain close customer engagement. Alternative locations may include Benelux, the UK or Ireland. In this strategic role, you will operate at the intersection of science and business , supporting biopharma customers from early development through commercialization. You will work closely with Sales, R&D, Marketing, Quality and Regulatory teams , ensuring that solutions are technically sound and commercially viable. Our Teams HPS teams support pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical customers by combining scientific expertise, market understanding and high‑value customer support . Their Mission To support customers' development and manufacturing challenges by delivering reliable, innovative and scalable solutions for biologics and parenteral applications. In This Context, Your Mission As Lead Technical Customer Solutions - Biopharma , you act as a technical expert and key interface between customers and internal teams, contributing directly to customer success and business development. Your Experience and Talents Will Make the Difference to: Provide technical support to customers Deliver expert technical support on biologics and parenteral applications throughout the sales cycle. Understand customer R&D, formulation and process challenges. Guide customers in selecting and implementing Roquette solutions. Build strong scientific relationships Develop long‑term relationships with customer technical teams. Act as the link between customers and internal stakeholders. Translate complex technical challenges into practical, actionable solutions. Contribute to business development Identify new commercial opportunities and support strategic account development. Contribute to the successful positioning and adoption of Roquette's solutions. Promote Roquette's expertise Design and execute technical studies in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Develop technical content (white papers, case studies, presentations). Represent Roquette at scientific conferences and industry events. Provide market insights Monitor trends in biologics, manufacturing technologies and regulatory requirements. Capture customer feedback to support innovation and product development.
