We are seeking a motivated individual with strong phone etiquette, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. This role requires the ability to multitask effectively while providing exceptional service. The Scheduling Specialist works directly with patients and is responsible for accurately scheduling appointments. What's Available: 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly) Shift: Monday-Friday, Primary hours between 8am-5pm Location: La Crosse, WI for onsite training Remote eligible after training Department: Otolaryngology
