JOB PURPOSE The Executive (Social Work) plays an essential role in assisting individuals and communities in overcoming social, emotional, and practical challenges. Besides providing key support in psychoeducational programmes and mental health outreach initiatives, the Executive also serves as an initial point of contact for clients, undertakes triage function to ensure individuals receive appropriate level of service tailored to their needs. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the planning, execution and evaluation of centre's programmes Liaise with external agencies, donors, for purpose of resources and publicity Assist in coordinating volunteer recruitment and development as well as preventive and development education programmes Provide information and referral services to clients Assist in creation and maintenance of social media account/material Assist in management and upkeep of data, systems and records, help with reception duty if needed Conduct mental health screening and provide basic emotional support to clients
