Job Title: Warehouse Cleaner Location: Redlands, CA (Onsite) Availability: Once a week Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. This is an onsite role supporting daily warehouse operations through general cleaning, sanitation, and upkeep of work and common areas. Key Responsibilities Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub warehouse floors, docks, aisles, and walkways Empty trash and recycling; manage waste disposal per facility guidelines Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas Wipe down surfaces, equipment exteriors, racking, and high-touch points Remove debris, spills, and cardboard/packaging from work zones promptly Restock cleaning and restroom supplies; report low inventory Operate cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, buffers, pressure washers) safely Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to a supervisor Follow all OSHA and company health, safety, and sanitation protocols Qualifications Prior cleaning, custodial, or warehouse experience preferred (not required) Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Reliable attendance and willingness to work an assigned shift Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe handling Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S. Physical Requirements Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Lift and carry up to 50 lbs; push/pull cleaning equipment Work in varying temperatures (warehouse may not be climate-controlled)
