- Proven expertise applying computational tools and predictive modelling to support bioprocess development for bispecific antibodies
- Experience with DOE methodologies and application to multivariate analysis
- Skilled in software systems and/or programming languages, such as Unicorn, Empower, Python/CADET-Process, GoSilico, ASPEN Chromatography, Matlab, JMP, Minitab, Genedata Chromatics, or SDMS platforms
- Experience with data extraction API, ETL tools and LIMS platforms for data acquisition, integration, and management across multiple analytical platforms is a plus
- Strong understanding of molecular and post-translational attributes of biologics
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
