- Engineering student (Mechanical / Industrial or Manufacturing preferred)
- Strong Excel skills

- 16-Week Plan
- Weeks 1-2: Learn & Assess
- Plant walkthrough
- Review current Process Flow / PFMEA / CP / SW + SharePoint
- Cross functional review
- Walk through with core document
- Dromont project and team intro
- Weeks 3-8: Execution Phase 1
- Create Process Flow / PFMEA for for Capex Project
- Start SharePoint restructuring (basic cleanup)
- Weeks 9-14: Execution Phase 2
- Create CP and SW for Capex Project
- Pilot with Operators and FLS
- Perform SWA with FLS
- Implement final SharePoint structure
- Weeks 15-16: Closure
- Handover documentation to launch team
- Train team on new structure
- Present before/after impact with plant and area manager
