Head of Trade Manager

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of digital asset trading or financial trading related work experience, including 5+ years of senior trading team management experience; preferred experience in compliant digital currency exchanges or fintech companies. Deep understanding of digital asset trading markets (spot, derivatives), liquidity management, and trading system operations.
• Professional Expertise:
• Proficient in digital asset trading strategies, market analysis methods, and liquidity management skills, with a proven track record of driving trading volume growth and improving trading efficiency.
• Familiar with digital currency trading systems, order matching mechanisms, and trade settlement processes; able to independently solve complex trading operation and technical problems.
• Strong risk control awareness and capabilities, familiar with trading risk management methods and tools, and have experience in establishing and optimizing trading risk control systems.
• Familiar with global regulatory requirements (FATF, MiCA, etc.) related to digital asset trading, and have rich experience in trading compliance management.
• Proficient in using trading analysis tools and data analysis methods to conduct market analysis and trading performance evaluation.
• Leadership & Management: Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, able to build and lead a high-performance trading team; strong strategic thinking, decision-making capabilities, and resource integration capabilities.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong market sensitivity and analytical thinking, able to quickly respond to market changes, identify market opportunities and risks, and provide effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to effectively communicate with senior management, regulatory authorities, team members, and cross-departmental colleagues.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields; relevant professional certifications (such as CFA, FRM, Series 7) are preferred.
