- Required Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, program management, or operations within the technology industry.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with multilingual AI annotation, AI quality audit workflows, or internationalization/localization programs.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, platforms, and operational processes with minimal supervision.
- Experience troubleshooting operational or workflow issues and driving resolutions independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, meeting notes, process creation, and stakeholder reporting.
- Experience creating reports, tracking metrics, and maintaining operational dashboards or workflow trackers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Project Coordinator III - Multilingual AI Quality itD is seeking a Project Coordinator III to support the operational execution of multilingual AI quality programs that drive product quality across global AI experiences. This role serves as the operational backbone of a fast-growing Multilingual AI Quality team, ensuring seamless coordination between vendors, language experts, and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring experience in project coordination, program operations, or localization programs within the technology industry, along with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams, vendor relationships, and reporting processes in fast-paced environments. Location: Remote (US-based). Candidates must be available to work with US Pacific Time (PST) overlap.
