Responsibilities

  • As a Fleet Automotive Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining and repairing our fleet of diesel and gasoline-powered medium-duty vehicles. Your work will ensure our drivers and members stay safe on the road.
  • Responsibilities Include:
  • Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on fleet vehicles
  • Complete oil changes, brake repairs, and tune-ups
  • Diagnose and repair: Electrical systems (including ABS), Cooling systems, A/C systems, Hydraulic systems
  • Conduct clutch replacements and general mechanical repairs
  • Assist with vehicle pickups and deliveries to outside vendors
  • Manage and maintain parts inventory, including monthly counts
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
  • Respond to Emergency Road Service (ERS) calls as needed
  • What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems (required)
  • Experience servicing diesel and gas-powered vehicles
  • ASE certification (preferred)
  • Towing experience, welding, or auto body experience (a plus)
  • Your own tools for performing mechanical repairs
  • Safe Business Driving Requirements
  • Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
  • Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at the time of hire
