• Five years of previous experience as a: Project Manager, Head of work, or designer.

Belgium We are currently looking for a: Technical Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities - Analyses business ideas and design concepts to prepare initial technical feasibility check in terms of functionality. - Elaborates detailed technical specifications for ideas/design concept to be presented to suppliers for quotation submission. - Selects the appropriate suppliers to participate in the tenders and provide briefing and technical details. - Evaluates supplier quotations from technical and prices point of view and provide recommendations for purchase. - Identify all the administrative and construction permissions needed to execute a project and defines the technical requirement to obtain the permissions. - Acts as Project Manager (or supervise the Project Manager) until the project is completed and commissioned to the corresponding Operation Manager. - Assures the all agreed specifications are met during the commissioning process. - Acts as point of contact with suppliers until the project is completed and delivered to the Park.
