Campus Steward

Responsibilities

• Turn over guest rooms and resident housing after checkouts - fresh linens, spotless spaces, ready for the next person
• Keep common areas, offices, and shared facilities clean and well-stocked throughout the day
• Support food and beverage operations
• Spot what needs doing before anyone has to ask
• Coordinate with the team on scheduling, supply needs, and anything that keeps the campus operating at a high standard

• Detail-oriented: you notice the thing everyone else walks past
• High-energy: you move fast and take pride in output
• Autonomous: you don't need hand-holding; you see the work and you do it
• Reliable and consistent, day in and day out
• Someone who genuinely cares about the environment they're responsible for
