Responsibilities
- Main responsibilities:
- Closely collaborate with ES EMEA SCM teams on Material Management processes and possible process improvement
- Accumulate best practices used in different locations and support integration to our Center of Excellence (CoE) standards
- Create and review report templates to understand and measure current processes and make suggestions on standardization
- Collect and map existing processes on ES EMEA sites for improvement opportunities and track follow up actions in CoE CI tracker
- Document and visualize existing processes, calculate current average handling time and identify potenital efficiencies
- Identify and support utilization of digital tools available for SCM to maximize efficency (Eg. Daylight, Kinaxis RapidResponse, GPS Power App, OnePart and other systems, tools being used in ES EMEA)
- Generate database for supplier collaboration in order to leverage transparent supplier and stakeholder communication network
- Supports ongoing SCM transformation projects with site support
- Regular and ad-hoc analysis and comparision of SAP data and perform other ad-hoc and regular CI related tasks upon request
- Identify the differences between sites and CoE processes and take the lead to implement to use of the same CoE standard processes where it is possible (including leading the necessary technical set ups in ERP)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Extensive knowledge in Material Planning/Purchasing/Order management processes with proven track record of productivity and cash savings
- Experience with SAP MM, SD, FI modules
- Project Management/Continuous Improvement experience
- Fluent English language skills
- Good analytical skills and knowledge of reporting tools
- Strong ability to engage with operational leadership, and effective communication on different organizational levels
- Process/continuous improvement mindset
