Roles & Responsibilities Assist the Manager, Project LOKAL on the following matters: Responsible of the achievement of approved KPI, principally in maximizing local workers for non-harvesting related. To prepare working/strategic paper and proposal papers prior to commence on recruitment. To be responsible for the data analyzation on monthly basis to be in line with in and out of workers. Collaboration, develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities, local colleges, universities, and community organizations to identify and attract top talent.. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Involvement in orientation for workers and staffs of every project that commence based on local workers. Involvement in strategic planning of local workers recruitment search engine. Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels to advertise open positions and attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate evaluations to identify top candidates. Ideal Candidate Degree in Business Administration, Human Recourses, or any related field.
