Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with equipment selection and pricing
- Prepare detailed and accurate quote proposals for HVAC equipment
- Use manufacturer-specific software to generate product selections
- Create comprehensive construction submittals tailored to specific project requirements
- Process and release equipment orders to manufacturers
- Provide customers with up-to-date lead times and shipment status information
- Address customer concerns and develop effective technical solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in the HVAC industry
- Familiarity with air-side HVAC product applications is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Estimated compensation: $65,000 - $85,000/yr with flexibility based on experience and skills.
