Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, job offer, application of Work Passes etc.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Handle HR administration such as filing, preparing Letter of Appointment and other HR related letters.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data (attendance, leaves, overtime, allowances, etc.).
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Construction industry
- Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and MOM regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Prosoft) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
