Job Profile Summary: In this role, you will be involved in the day-to-day execution of the NBA processes, oversee SLA, productivity, risk compliance and complaints. You must have the ability to handle ad-hoc projects related to daily functions including reviewing test scripts and UAT. You will also need to drive feedback to identify process gaps for automation and efficiency. Job Description: - Involve in daily monitoring of NBA processes, oversee SLA and productivity. - Involve in reporting and audit related to the team - Ability to understand the root cause of issues escalated and make independent decision for service recovery - Ability to plan work schedule for the team and co-ordinate relief and resources - Sound understanding of products and procedures in Life Ops - Sound understanding of related legal and compliance issues and market practices - Full knowledge of business rules and processes - Ability to handle and support ad-hoc projects related to day-to-day functions including reviewing of test scripts Who we are looking for: Competencies & Personal Traits - Knowledge of insurance laws & regulations - Good understanding of insurance products - Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills - Confident in problem solving and decision making - Possesses project management skills - Proficiency in MS Office - Ability to communicate ideas, concept thoughts, information and instruction clearly - Good process and business understanding of all the sections within New Business.
