Responsibilities
- Worker Changes & Employee Data Management:
- Verify and maintain accurate employee information, including new hires, rehires, transfers, position changes, and pay rate updates
- Process off-cycle payroll checks and employee terminations in a timely manner
- Payroll Processing:
- Process payroll for 750-1,000 employees depending on payroll frequency
- Collect and validate payroll data from store locations
- Run payroll data retrieval and calculation processes
- Import payroll data into Workday and review reports for accuracy and completeness

- Ensure store payrolls are finalized and confirmed in accordance with processing deadlines
- Post store general ledgers (G/Ls) and maintain accurate payroll documentation
- Update shared tracking logs including payroll confirmations, register approvals, and payroll exceptions
- Scan and maintain required payroll documentation following each payroll cycle
- Complete month-end account reviews for assigned stores by the fourth business day of each month
- Collect and maintain standard pay plans while updating payroll calculation details as needed
- Conduct audits and data reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity within Workday reporting
