Responsibilities
- As the Maintenance Group Leader, you will be responsible for a small to medium group of maintenance employees. You will manage the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities aligned with standard GM maintenance systems.

- Required Qualifications:

- -Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
- -Maintenance experience, preferably in the automotive industry; highly valued in paint shop applications.
- -Shift flexibility: Availability to work on rotating shifts (4x3 schedule).
- -English proficiency: Intermediate conversational level, with ability to express complete technical ideas.
- Technical expertise :
- -Experience with industrial networks such as Ethernet/IP and DeviceNet
- -Familiarity with Fanuc robots
- Knowledge of electric motors and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), preferably Allen-Bradley.
- -PLC programming and troubleshooting
- -Experience in pneumatics, lubrication, hydraulics, mechanical systems, and power transmission components.
- -Proven experience managing and leading maintenance personnel directly
- Experience with seal application robots
- -Knowledge of industrial conveyors (chain, roller table, elevators, overhead).
- -Familiarity with RSNetWorx. and RSLinx communication tools.
