Requirements

• Proficiency in BI tools: Power BI
• Experience in visualizing and presenting analytical results effectively.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data analysis, extraction and transformation.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and modelling.
• Understanding of data warehouse concepts, database structures, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of machine learning, predictive modelling, and optimization techniques is good.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with GenAI/AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms for data analysis, documentation, insight generation, and workflow automation.
• Ability to interpret and communicate outputs from AI/ML models.

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Analyst. In this role, you will work with complex datasets to uncover insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful reports, dashboards, and analytical tools. Position Responsibilities: Analyse large, structured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL, Python, or R. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, KPIs, and reporting requirements. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Preferred Power BI). Document user stories, data flow diagrams, and data standards. Provide technical support for reporting solutions and troubleshoot data issues. Ensure data accuracy and validate results through audits and quality checks. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business users. Maintain and update BI documentation and self-service guides. Leverage GenAI and AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, generate insights, automate repetitive reporting tasks, and improve productivity while ensuring outputs are reviewed for accuracy and business relevance. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in a data analyst, BI analyst, BI Developer or similar role.
