Service Administration Specialist (AutoStore) - Lisbon You live in Greater Lisbon and like to join Kardex AutoStore as a Service Administration Specialist. You will be one of the first employees in our brand new office around Parque das Nações / Oriente. Until we open the office, you will perform the work remotely from your home. Your tasks As a Service Administration Specialist, you are responsible for the calculation and maintenance of service pricing models across the EMEA region. You coordinate spare parts management and procurement activities to ensure smooth and efficient service operations. You prepare, monitor and follow up on service quotations in close collaboration with Customer Success Managers and customers. You manage the administration of service contracts, including amendments and renewals, ensuring full compliance with internal processes and contractual deadlines. You provide administrative support to the Customer Success Management team and maintain customer, service and contract‑related master data while safeguarding data quality standards. You work closely with Sales, Service, Finance, Procurement and external partners to support seamless service delivery. You maintain customer and contract master data in SAP S/4HANA and other internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Administrative & commercial support - Ensure efficient administrative and commercial support for the Service and Customer Success organization. Timely documentation - Deliver service pricing, quotations and contract documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Customer satisfaction - Support customer satisfaction through reliable coordination and proactive follow‑up of service‑related activities. Data & documentation quality - Maintain high‑quality data and documentation standards across all relevant systems. Process improvement - Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and overall service efficiency. Departmental objectives - Support the achievement of departmental objectives through structured, solution‑oriented administration. Your profile Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification Ideally experience in service administration, or similar functions Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/ERP systems Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage High digital affinity and confidence working across multiple systems and tools Fluency in English is required; German or additional European languages are considered an advantage.
