Key Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure timely processing and handling of new business submissions Manage submissions, scanning, data entry, and arrange delivery of documents to providers. Update new business lodgements and provide daily status updates. Maintenance of client database and policy data. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. Ensure timely and accurate retrieval, filing, and archival of documents. Manage common mailbox enquiries and ensure all queries are promptly addressed. Review, streamline, and improve workflows where applicable to enhance efficiency.
