Requirements

• We're looking for someone ready to step into a senior role - combining technical expertise with leadership. You'll bring:
• 6 + years' experience in civil engineering
• Strong background in water infrastructure ( Treatment and supply infrastructure )
• Experience in a consulting or project delivery environment
• Proven ability to mentor engineers
• Experience working on multidisciplinary projects
• Registrations & experience
• Chartered Engineer (CPEng) / RPEV
• RPEQ highly regarded

Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life': Lead the civil design and delivery of water infrastructure projects Provide technical oversight across pipelines and treatment assets Support projects across the full lifecycle - from concept design through to detailed design and Design & Construct delivery Mentor and develop junior engineers Work with clients, building strong and trusted relationships Contribute to bids, proposals and business development Collaborate across interstate teams (VIC, SA, QLD, WA) to deliver integrated solutions Drive technical excellence and continuously improve delivery standards
