About the role
** Base: Singapore ** Key Responsibilities 1、Support the chartering team with market report collation and voyage calculations. 2、Monitor vessel movements throughout the entire voyage; assist with routine operational tasks and contingency matters arising during voyage execution. 3、Liaise with operations, finance and legal teams to complete voyage settlements; responsible for sorting, filing and retaining voyage contracts, shipping documents and business records. 4、Assist the Chartering Manager with daily communications with shipowners, ship brokers, cargo owners/charterers and port agents. 5、Support follow-up and development of clients. ** Requirements - Education: Bachelor's degree in Shipping Management, Logistics, Maritime Law or a related field. - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in bulk dry chartering and shipping operations, outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply - Professional Knowledge: Familiar with the market (Handy size, Supra max or Panama x vessels). Familiar with shipping laws and regulations. - Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong adaptability and coordination capabilities.
