As a Technology Director, focused on platforms , you are a visionary technical leader who oversees platform development and guides technical evolution. Technical Skills - Required Expertise in enterprise platform development using Java and Spring Framework Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and backend design patterns Proficiency with Git and build automation tools (Maven, Jenkins) Knowledge of database design, SQL, and data management concepts Good understanding of frontend technologies (React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to lead cross-functional teams Experience with enterprise CMS platforms, preferably AEM Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, SEO best practices, and web standards Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development Technical Skills - Desirable DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar) Experience with headful and headless AEM implementations GraphQL and modern API technologies Application security best practices and compliance requirements Education & Qualifications BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline; or equivalent professional experience English proficiency (B2+ level in reading, writing, and conversation) Industry certifications in platform technologies (AEM, AWS, Azure) are a plus
